If you have made an error with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and a person from our team will be able to assist you. Why we ask for you to let us know as soon as possible is because; once we have shipped your items, we are not able to amend the order. You will then have to return the item back to us, which will result in an extra cost for you
If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Item(s) are returned within 14 days from the date you received your order for UK customers; and item(s) are returned within 30 days from the date you received your order for International customers.

Please email us at email@example.com, stating in the email your order number and the specific item you want to return. Once this is done, we will send you our returns address for you to post your item(s) back to us.
Please re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Please be aware returns takes 5-10 days and an email to confirm we have processed your refund will be sent to you. If you do not see this email please check your junk folder.

Yes, you can. However just like returns, exchanges are also not free and we are only able to offer an exchange if the correct size you need, is in stock. If the size you want is not available, we can offer you a refund if you wish.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note depending on the courier, it can take up to 14 working days for this to be investigated.
At present, we do not notify customers when we receive their return, you can use your postage receipt to track your order, we advise all our customers to use a tracked and signed service, to ensure your items arrive safely. We advise to allow up to 5-10 working days for a refund to be processed, once we process this we will send a confirmation email.
To get 10% off on your first order with us, you must first sign up to our mailing list. Once signed up to our mailing list, then you should receive the discount code via email. The discount code is ONLY available to our mailing list community. You can sign up to our mailing list through our website, at the bottom of our website there is an option to sign up, as well as promotional ‘pop-ups’ when you first enter the site.
Once you've placed your order, it is not possible to re-add discount codes, as our team would have already started processing your order.
