Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 working days) - £5
Next Day Delivery (for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday) - £6.00
Next day orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be collected by the courier until Monday meaning, your order will arrive on Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Order (Europe) - £15

Countries include: Ireland, Denmark, France, Spain, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Portgual, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Belgium, Hungry, Iceland, Netherlands, Germany, Polanda, Italy, Sweden.

International Order (Outside of Europe) - £20.99

Continents include:
North and south America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation
Please note that if you live outside the European Union, you could be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping conformation. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@navo stating in the subject line if this is an ‘exchange’ or ‘refund’. We cannot guarantee that we will see your email before the items are shipped, and once it has been shipped it is not possible to cancel it. So, it is important you purchase the correct item from that start.

Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM, we aim to respond to your queries within 24hours.
